Examination Cell

The Examination Cell has always been a strong suit of the Institution. With highest fidelity and trustworthiness, the Cell has taken care of the well regulated conduct of all the Continuous Internal Assessments (CIA) and Model Examinations of the College, as per the norms and regulations of the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. The Committee is liquefied at the end of every 3 years and a New Cell is formed at the beginning of the 4 th year.
The Examination Cell operates fruitfully in the college to conduct Continuous Internal Assessments (CIA) and Model Examinations and to keep an eye on the examination procedures. The cell encompasses the Principal, a Coordinator, assisted by 2 teaching and 2 non - teaching staff members.

Functions of Examination Cell

  • To conduct the CIA and Model Examinations for all the programmes offered in the College.
  • To construct Time Table for the aforesaid examinations in advance and notify the students about the same.
  • To make necessary hall allotments for all the examinations conducted in the College.
  • To clinch that all the question papers are prepared well in advance in accordance with Bloom’s Taxonomy.
  • The Examination Cell sends a circular comprising the submission date for the question papers for the CIA, Model Examination and for mailing the marks in the Google Sheet to the Principal.
  • To address the grievances / complaints of the students and staff concerning exam- related issues.
